• ePsolutions announces their emPower.amp (Advanced Meter Products) Beta market release (January)
• ePsolutions exhibits at the Gulf Coast Producers Association convention in Houston (April)
• ePsolutions announces the first AMS prepaid solution for energy retailers in the Texas market: empower.amp (June)
• ePsolutions introduces emPower 4.0, the premier software solution for energy retailers in the Texas market (June)

2009:
• ePsolutions expands marketing efforts via the Gulf Coast Producers Association convention in Houston (April)
• ePsolutions attends Maryland providers conference in Annapolis, MD as part of multi-state expansion process (June)
• ePsolutions is the first to release support for the new AMS meter features which incorporate ONCOR meter lookup tables and priority 5 filings (June)
• ePsolutions adds CNPHE AMS meter lookup tables and AMS identification capabilities to its product suite (August)
• ePsolutions appoints Phil Harris as Chief Architect (September)
• The ePsolutions’ Deregulated Energy Discussion group on LinkedIn reaches 500 members (September)
• ePsolutions exhibits at the Gulf Coast Producers Association convention in Austin (October)

2008:
• ePsolutions releases eBiz, an advanced data mining and reporting solution for advanced customers (January)
• ePsolutions reaches 25 full time employees in their Austin office (February)
• Company begins its market knowledge sharing program with its initial webinar, Introduction to Pre-Pay in the Texas market. (February)
• Company names Steve Langerock as its new Chief Executive Officer (April)
• ePsolutions introduces version 3.4 of emPower with a new and improved UI look to the market place (July)
• ePsolutions unveils a new and powerful commercial rate plan system supporting advance features such as zonal rates plans and advance indexed rate plans. (August)
• ePsolutions real time market transaction filings lets their customers complete critical transaction processing prior to Hurricane Ike thereby allowing them to avoid significant liabilities and additional costs during recovery process (September)
• ePsolutions new EMonitor module minimizes financial impact on customers data bases from ERCOT’s inadvertent release of test data transactions into the market place. (October)

2007:
• Chuck Farley recruited to head our growing Application Development Team (January)
• ePsolutions selected and active in 10 REPs in the Texas market (May)
• ePsolutions receives additional investments from Peninsula Capital to support expansion, retirement of all debt, and improved working capital (June)
• ePsolutions announces the completion of support for the deregulated Maryland electricity markets (June)
• ePsolutions releases emPower 3.3 with advanced seasonality indexing (September)
• ePsolutions announces the release of eMonitor, a module allowing for the tracking of market processes, monitoring of transacional activities in real time and the measurement of system performance (November)

2006:
• emPower 2.0 released, incorporating the first, fully automated pre-paid solution available to REPs in Texas (February)
• emPower selected by seven REPs in the Texas market (April)
• Company names Matthew Gill as Chief Executive Officer (June)
• ePsolutions achieves consistent profitability and self-sufficiency (September)
• emPower 3.0 released (December)

2005:
• emPower 1.0 is formally released to the market (June)
• Alliance Energy and Texas Power select emPower to replace their existing back-office solution (June)

2004:
• The founding team of ePsolutions forms (January)
• Company is funded by Toreador Resources, Inc. (February)
• Initial Beta version of emPower software is completed (May)
• Successfully completed initial test of integrated EDI solution through 05/04 Texas Flight Test (July)
• Company begins compiling a team of world-class software developers and architects (August)
