Steve Langerock, Chief Executive Officer
Steve was appointed to the CEO position in April 2008 and brings to the company over two decades of experience in the Software and Technology industry. With extensive experience leading successful software companies and with a specific emphasis on SaaS model companies, Steve’s focus is on working with the ePsolutions team as they continue to grow and expand their market reach and industry leadership position. He served most recently as CEO of Aladdin Knowledge Systems NA operations. Previous executive positions were held with Glenco Engineering, Fujitsu, Advantest America, Fansteel and Walgreens.

As Director of Applications Delivery, Chuck is responsible for both Software Development and Quality Assurance functions within ePsolutions. He brings seventeen years of experience as a software and hardware professional, eight of which are in the deregulated telecom industry. Chuck has played an integral part in the organization's commitment to an outstanding software product while leveraging his utility experience to support ePsolutions product offerings. Prior ePsolutions, Chuck spent eight years with Boeing Information Services and a combined nine years with IXC Communications, AIS Consulting, and Broadwing Communication.
Stephen Schugart, Business Development
Steve oversees the ePsolutions field sales and engineering teams supporting the company's rapid market expansion and extensive range of professional services. He brings 29 years of experience with a range of key skills including; finance and accounting, organizational best practices, professional services and sales. His experience includes companies as diverse as Arthur Young, Steve Financial Services, DayStar Energy, and AIS Consulting.

A co-founder of ePsolutions, Ussery oversees the company's IT operations, provides production support for each new product release and manages customer service. He brings over eleven years of experience in the operations, IT, and software development disciplines from his work at companies including AIS Consulting, IXE, Williams Communication.
Doug Kniffin, Business Operations
Doug oversees the day-to-day business operations including accounting and financial management, human resources and facility management. He brings 25 years of diverse executive management experience in such areas as operations, human resources, financial management, software design, facility planning and professional services. Doug has a solid track record of entrepreneurial involvement in various startup and consulting endeavors, with a particular passion for customer service driven businesses.

He brings over 20 years professional experience and is well versed in all stages of enterprise software design and development. He is an innovative and creative thinker, a seasoned professional and a strong team leader. His proficiencies include concept and prototyping, product roadmaps, software startup, team formation, design, development, testing, integration and delivery. Phil gained his diverse experience while at Motorola, SiliconWare, VARGO and Schwab Active Trader Group.
