market expertise coupled with extensive product development experience. As a result,
ePsolutions is uniquely equipped to address the needs of customers for back office
solutions. Meet our team:
| Jason Garrett, VP Sales and Marketing
|
Jason is Vice President of Sales and Marketing, representing the interests of ePsolutions
customers in a variety of aspects ranging from general business activities to strategic
planning. He provides leadership for the sales and marketing teams, and works cross-functionally
with all employees to find new ways to improve the customer experience every day.
Prior to ePsolutions, Jason held leadership positions at Dell and Oracle, where
he was instrumental in implementing and carrying out campaigns aimed at improving
customer and partner relationships and communication. He is the recipient of numerous
sales and customer service related awards, but is most proud of building real, long
term relationships between organizations and their clients.
| Chuck Farley, VP Product Management |
As VP Product Management, Chuck is responsible for both Software Development and
Quality Assurance functions within ePsolutions. He brings seventeen years of experience
as a software and hardware professional, eight of which are in the deregulated telecom
industry. Chuck has played an integral part in the organization's commitment to
an outstanding software product while leveraging his utility experience to support
ePsolutions product offerings. Prior to ePsolutions, Chuck spent eight years with
Boeing Information Services and a combined nine years with IXC Communications, AIS
Consulting, and Broadwing Communication.
| Michael Ussery, VP Enterprise Operations

A co-founder of ePsolutions, Michael oversees the company's IT operations, provides
production support for each new product release and manages customer service. He
brings over eleven years of experience in the operations, IT, and software development
disciplines from his work at companies including AIS Consulting, IXE and Williams
Communications.
| Doug Kniffin, Chief Operating Officer

Doug oversees the day-to-day business operations including accounting and financial
management, human resources and facility management. He brings 25 years of diverse
executive management experience in such areas as operations, human resources, financial
management, software design, facility planning and professional services. Doug has
a solid track record of entrepreneurial involvement in various startup and consulting
endeavors, with a particular passion for customer service driven businesses.
| Matt Seabaugh, Product Architect |
As Product Architect, Matt is responsible for managing all aspects of the emPower solution and ePsolutions’ development efforts.
He brings over 10 years of diverse technical experience in enterprise IT, Operations and software product design as well as an in-depth knowledge of the de-regulated markets,
allowing Matt to author creative software solutions while ensuring high quality product standards.
